Honeycrisp & Haralsons

By October 3, 2019Weekly Feature

You might have noticed we’ve had a bit of a wet fall!  Even more, a wet year! In the last thirty-three days here at our orchard, we’ve had rain twenty-two of them. Yikes!

This means that apple harvest and ripening is still running a week to ten days behind normal. You’ve all been patiently waiting for your favorite varieties and I’m happy to say that we now have Honeycrisp! You should see Haralson apples become available by this Saturday.

Currently in the store we have SweeTango™, Honeycrisp, Wealthy, Cortland, McIntosh, Chestnut Crab apples and of course, those yummy caramel apples.

This weekend we will do pick-your-own apples on Haralson, Cortland and a limited supply of Honeycrisp.

It’s pumpkin time too! We’ve got pumpkins in all shapes, sizes and colors. Just an amazing array of delight!

Our weekend activities are weather dependent, and we always hope for the best! But be aware that sometimes we do make changes at the last minute due to the weather.
