We had a great time last weekend at our 3rd Annual Vendor and Art Fair!
Now we’re looking forward to our traditional fall weekend activities and we have a full lineup for you.
Live music at the Orchard is always a delightful time. We’re excited to have new and returning preformers. Afternoons from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. No cover charge. This weekend features King Wilkies Dream and Prairie Anthem.
A perfect trip to the orchard must include a hayride! Weekends through the end of October. Hayrides are available from 11:00 pm – 5:00 pm, last approximately 20 minutes and take you through the orchard. Cost: $3.50 per person.
Apple varieties available in the store include: SweeTango™, Zestar!, Wealthy, Estevahl, and Chestnut Crab. Pick-your-own this weekend will be on SweeTango™ and Cortland.
Apple harvest is running a week to ten days behind, so you might have to be extra patient for your favorite variety. But it will well be worth the wait! Our emphasis is on flavor not color and we hope you agree.
As a reminder, you can find our apples in the store during the week, and on the weekend we offer pick-your-own, on select varieties depending on the ripening season. Apples at Pleasant Valley.
